Kodanad Elephant Training Centre
One of Kerala's largest elephant training centers, Kodanad is situated on the banks of the Periyar River. Visitors can observe elephants being bathed, fed, and trained for temple festivals and timber transport. The center also houses a mini zoo with rescued wildlife. Entry fees are modest, and the center is open daily from 8 AM to 5 PM, except Mondays.
